Bio for Lanore Cross
Lanore Cross is a native Cincinnatian. Following graduation from Woodward High School, Lanore attended the following colleges: Raymond Walters, Hondros College, Southern Ohio College, and Sarasota Academy of Christian Counseling. She obtained certificates and degrees relevant to health, medical, dental, financial operations and management that include faith based counseling as Temperament Therapist and Counselor, and continued educational needs for trade services to include BA/Compliance. Ms. Cross is the Founder, President, & Chief Executive Officer of Operations for Straight 2 The Heart who’s primary focus is servicing in the communities, churches, schools and corporations to increase education and health awareness. “We motivate teach & counsel, based on ones intellect, will, knowledge and desire. We will continue to bridge these gaps!” Ms. Cross started working in the medical, health and financial fields in 1983 where she held positions as Medical Coder, Medical Analyst, Evaluator, Compliance Officer, Sr. Business Assistant/Client Consultant, Legal Assistant for Medical Reviews and Fact Findings, Sales Coordinator and De-Conversion Specialist to ensure internal controls have been met. Ms. Cross continues to work in fields of education, violence prevention & safety, intervention, community collaboration, public speaking, program development, training & education of other trade specific, counseling and medical diagnostic for specific outcomes, mental health, social education, conflict resolution & management, evaluations/monitoring, community & individual assessments, businesses, medical physicians and other professionals within the field, schools, legal and religious communities to seek and met the needs of others. Ms. Cross has a strong emphasis on writing educational & health programs designed specifically for an individuals needs through observing & listening.
